THERE'S A SEARCH BAR?!

I wonder if it's worth it to keep the Google search up top. It seems to me that if you wanted to find something specific on the site it'd be easier to do so through the standard navigation. I would like to maybe replace it with a 'Featured' block which would prominently display something cool/new/unique on the site.
I could always move it to the sidebar as well.

i used it once and me no likey. its not personalised for gametabs (although it is searching the site) i rkn there shud be a better looking and gametab search bar. cos when i use google site search it looks shabby

........ I've tried the searchbar twice before I saw this topic, but for some odd reason I always clicked "search forums" whenever I was looking for a tab. Both times nothing came up so I thought it was broken and gave up. Now I've discovered that you need to click "search whole site".... *palmface* Now that I've made this awesome discovery I think I'd be sad if it disappeared ^^;

What's a "search bar"? And does it come in the colour "magenta" in the shape of a "triangle"? Is it by any chance a new type of chocolate bar created by Google? PS: I never use that thing...I mean, what would you need to look for that's already too difficult to find by navigating the site?

I use the search bar almost all the time >>;, though the only draw back that bothers me while using it is when your searching for a tab that has few different tab versions.. It's pretty much like your playing roulette to see which one you get lol. But other then that, I love that little search bar, use it every time I'm looking for a specific tab/game/transcriber/etc.

I use it, you can find tabs, it's really good if you want to search for a particular game. Search for what game you want, click on it, then find the tab in the list. That's what I do. Overall, it works.

Yes to an extent, i just wish it featured more options, such ass filters for tabs, recordings, members, forum and so forth. Other than that yeah i would say its effective.
