I'm a pretty mediocre guitarist, so this (being my first tab) is most likely a mediocre tab. However, all feedback is much appreciated. and any corrections on the bassline too since I'm sure I've messed that up somewhere.

Okay well I'm not the best guitarist either, but I'll try to comment XD

When I started reading through it, I naturally wanted to bar a lot of notes, but then you'd put in notes that go under what I was barring, so I had to take my finger off. Here's an example:

First measure, the 2 on E could be a 7 on B. That way, I can bar 4 the entire time, and I can let notes ring out more ^-^

Here's another example. Measure 9, you can do this:

That way you can bar 6 and it's easier ^-^

Another example, measure 22, you have an open B, and a 9 on D to play the same note. Both of those could be 4 on G.

That makes a lot of sense, thanks ^^ I think in future tabs I'll try to simplify it this way. Barring things makes it a hell of a lot easier.
