This is based on the soundtrack version.  The version that plays in the 
game's intro is the same, except that Part A repeats three times instead 
of two.  So, if you're playing along with the SNES, pretend I wrote 3x.

This song is pretty simple, just don't let your ear be confused by the
timpani into thinking you should be playing notes when you're not.
