i actually got some part of this by listening carefully to it and just playing around.
it just need to be looked into and all that. unfortunately ive no idea how to make arrangements

here are some of the chords:

intro- Cmaj7/Fmaj

then after that - Fmaj/Gmaj/C/Cmaj7
