Firstly, I'm not trying to appear a pretentious ass about this, but this song has been a part of my playing repertoire for a long time. The effect of which makes me notice a lot of the smaller mistakes.

The tempo changes a lot, sometimes you're trying to catch up to yourself or slow down for tougher sections. The combination of both turns it into a bit of a vicious cycle. There were a lot of mistakes that involved timing or just missing over a small progression, I think it still could have used more practice before forcing out the recording.

My main advice would be to go back and learn the song a bit better to eliminate as many slip ups as possible, then play it with the aid of a metronome or audio playback or both. Good luck.
