Submitted Thu, 12/28/2017 - 08:27 by hashel This is the very first time i'm covering a Ys song. I made this cover for the December Pixel Mixers VGM Cover Contest "Birth Year VGM". The concept was to pick a game from the year you were born (1988 for me) and cover a song, if ti's a RPG or J-RPG you'd get bonus points. So as I already did some FFII in the past, i wanted to try something new with "Ys II: The Final Chapter" OST. I took the game over theme and 1st decided to make a full electronic arrangement, but then decided to add some guitars and bass, hope you'll like it =) |
