Your choice of fifths then

Your choice of fifths then thirds is a little abrasive harmony wise, perhaps a ringing bass note with thirds/fourths mixture on top would work better? I find the A minor chord adds a nice frame for harmonising for this song in standard tuning.

You are right. I'm still

You are right. I'm still pretty new with the arrangement part.. What do you mean with three's four's and five's?

I will rearrange the song to make it better.

Thirds, fourths and fifths

Thirds, fourths and fifths are the intervals being used. I find that fifths are very abrasive, and suit some applications very well, but here they give the tonality a twist in the wrong direction.

If you think of piece in respect to its key, you may find that the appropriate third or fourth with respect to the current chord underneath or above is often the best sounding implementation. I can't explain it too well, and I apologise if this confuses you further :P, but when trying to arrange a piece with added harmony, brushing up on chord construction and harmonization in music theory is well worth the effort.

So the interval I start with

So the interval I start with is thirds? And when I play the bass notes to often i switched to fiths you mean? Wich means I should skip some notes to keep the right harmony througout the song?

Since this is a recording,

Since this is a recording, I'll rate it on the performance which is pretty good. The arrangement itself has some issues though, and like Oggi I'd give it 4 stars. Some of the chords seemed incorrect, as you included the harmonies of the original that would have been decorations between fully established chords. Keep at it!
