Maybe it just unnamed (especially if it's short and without an singer), sometimes an insert song doesn't deserves a name for the Anime Industry :/
I met the same trouble with http://www.gametabs.net/kimi-ni-todoke/insert-song coz this nice tune wasn't in the official ost o_o
But it deserves a tab, absolutly ! You can just name it "Insert Song" C:
