This is my first tab, so go easy on me, anyway, i saw this theme hadn't been tabbed yet, so
I figured I'd do so, it's such a happy sounding theme. This is tuned an octave down, because I
don't have a guitar with 21 frets DX, but if you just add 12 to everything, you get the idea.

The happy sounding game over
The happy sounding game over theme has confounded many mega-fans over the years.
Perhaps the best theory is that the entire game's point of view is from security cameras feeding into Dr. Wily's computer terminal. It was programmed to play a delightful jingle in the event of the Blue Dweeb's demise.
