It's easy!
The 6 lines are the 6 strings :
e - (the smaller one)
B -
G -
D -
A -
E - (the biggest one)
The numbers are the frets of the neck of your guitar.
0 : just play the string
1 : put your finger on the 1st fret
2 : put your finger on the 2nd fret
etc.
Be careful, for this one you MUST use a capodastre on the 2nd fret.
In this case, the 0 is the 2nd fret, but as your capo is on the 2 frets, you just have to play the open string.
