Just a couple mistakes. Near the end of the first guitar, you wrote this:

Notice that the G4 and B1 notes are switched except for the first time they are played in the measure.

And for some reason the first measure of guitar 3 you moved a couple notes around on the chord. I changed it to match all the other chords fingering.

Also changed the panning and volume a bit to make the midi easier to hear.
