I seem to remember something like this happening before with the same user. I wonder whether or not this is actually the first channel he's used, because it's fairly easy to make a new channel and start again. |

Well to be fair, Youtube, or more accurately who ever did the copyright claims, aren't doing anything wrong. He is uploading copyrighted material to Youtube and that's against Youtube's terms of service so they have every right to remove his channel. |

Yeah, you can't be mad at the people trying to protect copywrited material. But all these songs will probably just get posted by other channels. So it's kind of pointless to take down a channel that people put so much time into. I never understood those 30 minute extensions though. Do people actually listen to the whole thing?

Not just 30 minutes―if you search for "ten hours" you can find a bunch of songs, often in super low quality :-)

I listened to the 30 minute extensions haha, but Nintendo has never really had a problem with their music being distributed though, I mean just look at the remixes!

Yeah you're correct,the 3 at the end of the name is for their 3rd channel. However, the creator does not have any of it backed up and doesn't think he will making another channel sadly.

Anyone else dislike YouTube yet? Maybe it isn't YouTube, maybe its Google, considering they own the darn thing now. (What web based thing don't they own?) But really, BrawlBRSTMs3's channel is on it's 2nd strike and may be takin town. As much as this displeases me, we are fortunate enough to have other channels that re distributed their work. If you don't know who BralBRSTMs3 is, they extend Video Game Music to 30 minute loops, or now it's 15 and a half minute loops. I would consider checking out the music and downloading any of it that you can or want before they receive a 3rd strike. The reason I'm so supportive of the channel is because not only do I LOVE Video Game music, but it also made the transcription of Tabs a lot easier because I didn't have to keep hitting the replay button. Hopefully they will not be removed from YouTube, but if any of you other tabbers use that channel, It may be time to search for a new one.
