Hey there, welcome to our site.
The tab does meet our standards, but it would be nice if you could post a soundfile with your tab.
All the midi-files sound kinda different from your tab (also there are more notes at the last part), so could you post the soundfile you used for making this tab?

Alright, I went back and revised it. My first tab was based solely on memory of the song. I have provided the updated tab and music file it is based on.

I'm pretty slow at typing out these tabs and it's a little difficult for me, so let me know if I left out a note or segment.

Also: The new tab contains a note on the 24th fret. Those without a 24 fret guitar will have to perform a bend. If you'd like, I can include that bit of info in the .txt file.

EDIT: It has come to my attention that there is a tab of this song already, but is (incorrectly, I believe) located under the original Metal Gear Solid. Just thought I'd point that out.
