What you do is copy your tab, open up notepad, paste and save. Try reading the submission guidelines to get what you need to do about naming the files. At the very bottom of the new topic screen, it will say "Upload Attachment". Browse for your file, click it, then just click the button that says "Add The File". Wait for the file to finish attaching itself, then click submit, and thats it! Hope this helped.
