Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (House of Sacred Remains)

I've been trying to tab this little sucker out. After completing my first tab (the Mako Reactor one), I decided to take a shot at this one. Due to lack of food, sleep and comfort, it took me a very good while to tab out the slow parts of the tabs (the parts played on the organ). Because some notes sounded wrong when playing them at different strings.

OK but my main qualm isthe chorus part. I know the piano solo is also difficult but I'm fairly sure it's a harmonic scale. But I don't know for sure. And it's hard to tell what key the scale is in. I'm guessing it's in the key of F but it could be E or F# or A.

So far, I managed to tab out the intro.
