Whoa! This one is so cool and fun to play. Only thing I can see is maybe you should change the C in measures 26 and 27 to a 5 on the G string.

I'll put both your arrangements up now if you want. I think they're ready to go.

Also in measure 31 I think you got the tied note mixed up a bit.

Yeah, it's like 5 in the morning here, and I've been working on this for three hours. I changed things there almost a billion times looking for the best choise, and I guess I messed up. There are bound to be mistakes in there.

Also, comparing it to the actual song, I'd probably liven up measures 11-17. It just kinda dies down right there and ruins the fun-ness of the song a little.

That is really interesting. If you listen to the original nes version, which is what I used to make this, the bridge sounds much like I did it, in the origins version, as I just discovered, the song actually gains momentum at the bridge. I guess I'll give the bridge another go, and see what I like better.

I don't have an MP3, but I'm listening to this MIDI which I think it pretty close to the original, correct me if I'm wrong. http://www.students.sonoma.edu/users/w/ ... F1ship.mid

I think the bridge should be something like this:

  E E E E E E Q E E E E E E Q E E E E E E Q
--------0-----3-----1----|--0-----1-----0----------|-------------------------|
--3----------------------|-------------------------|--1-----------3----------|
-------------------------|--------2----------------|--------2----------------|
-----5-----5--0--0-------|-----0-----0-------------|--------2-----0--0-------|
--3-----3----------------|--------------0--0-------|-----0-----0-------------|
-------------------------|-------------------------|-------------------------|

  E E E E E E Q E E E E E E Q E E E E E E Q
-------------------------|--0-----1-----3-----1----|--0-----1-----3----------|
--L-----------3----------|-------------------------|-------------------------|
--------2----------------|-------------------------|-------------------------|
-----0-----0-------------|--------3----------------|--------0----------------|
--------------1--1-------|-----1-----1-------------|-----1-----1--2--2-------|
-------------------------|--------------3--3-------|-------------------------|

  E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E
--------5-----3-----------|--------------------------|
--3-----------------------|--------------------------|
--------0--------0-----0--|-----0-----0--2--0--3--0--|
-----0-----0--------------|--------------------------|
--------------3-----3-----|--3-----3-----3-----3-----|
--------------------------|--------------------------|

I just think the whole thing flows a lot better like that.

I decided I would rewrite the bridge before I looked at you attempt, so I did. Here's my new version. I think it's better, but I guess I'll have a look at your's now.

That version is really good too. It definitely flows better than the original IMO.

So would you like me to put this one up, as well as Matoya's Cave?

Not quite yet. I'm still going to do some minor adjustments. I'll submit them once they're completly finished, though. Shouldn't be too long.
