definately man!! DBZ is amazing both as a learning experiance and as an anime; i actually found myself tearing up at certain parts. particularly that scene as depicted above with vegeta and trunks; "I have never held my own son; come here trunks" that shit was deep, even though he clocked him a good one afterward, for a perfectly fine reason. currently on episode 281, watching it on animefreak. is DB-GT worth watching? ive heard about it, and what ive heard kind of made me feel a little apprehensive about it.

GT has a comletely different mood to DBZ, it's just....different. and some of the stuff which happens there sometimes makes one go, lolwut. other than that you should watch it anyways, since it does bring an end to the entire dragon ball saga. |

but DBZ only goes to 276 there, im on episode 286 :/ thanks anyways though ranulf. particularly im on the episode titled spirit bomb triumphant in the majin buu saga--said episode isnt streaming the way it should. EDIT: kay, so, im lookin at the titles for the episodes on that site right now, and im ridiculously confused; im on episode 286 on animefreak.tv, episode being titled spirit bomb triumphant. the same episode title on dbz.tv is episode 271! what does that even mean?? where there episodes cut form tv and have only been aired on animefreak? and it aint no good to tell me its the movies, cause aint none of it adding up, as you can see. wtf!?

^^ wut? that movie? the one with the demon spawn of jake gyllenhall and toby mcguire playing goku? didnt watch it @ ranulf, that could very well be man; didnt think of that. if so, thats too bad, some of the fillers were really good episodes--like that one during the saiyan saga where piccolo is having gohan undergo his training regimen, and he gets stuck inside a cave with an old capsule corp robot. or the one during the cell saga where gohan meets the girl lime, and her grandfather, and faces off against general tao; or, of course, that classic episode where goku and piccolo attempt getting their drivers license; so many good fillers--truth be told, i found some of the "main" episodes more boring than the fillers, like the ones where more than half the damn episode is a flashback with random commentary from the speaker (gohans pre-victory speech to cell; when vegeta sacrifices himself in attempt to destroy majin buu).

Yeah, I agree those fillers were good, but I'd suggest just continue using animefreak since you're so near the end or google a new site that has the right amount of episodes. |

I love this thread ;~; Akira Toriyama didnt really write GT, it's worth watching being so short, but until the shadow dragons...it's pretty drag assy. It really should have ended with Cell, Gohan replaces his father as protector of earth. Ntm every form of Buu is lame. The movies are still the best though. I just finished Dragon Ball Kai... they ended with the cell saga lol and now cartoon network is showing GT advertising it as "a brand new series" -_- I have been obsessed with DBZ since I was like 8...
