FF7 IS THE BEST GAME EVER!

Culex Battle is neat, but

Culex Battle is neat, but it's only in the game as a reference to FF4, so it doesn't really count as part of the SMRPG soundtrack :-)

Nah, Doom's got some original pieces, just like SMRPG ;-)

(Actually, the pieces Doom ripped off are somewhat different from the originals, unlike Culex Battle.)

Ya, this. I hate FF7 fanboys. I started with FF4 (known as 2 back then, remember renting it from the video store because it was NEW!) in like 91 or 92 so I'm old school. Don't get me wrong 7 was a great game just not the best of the series, by far.

As far as the best RPG, have none of you played Chrono Trigger?
