That's a pretty complicated song to tab. Luckily you can watch him play it though so it should make it easier. I may attempt this some time in the future.

Hey that's Hellman, but I don't think he wrote that song.
I'm pretty sure it's one of Shinichi Kobayashi's, but I'm not sure because Hellman cover's some of his songs,
with similar titles. But if it is, you can buy Shinichi Kobayashi's tab/lesson books from amazon,
Hellman even shows one of the books before he plays a cover from one of Shinichi's songs.
They both have myspace.
