Nice shot Lemon !
There are 2 little things that bug me though.
First, your arrangement is a liiiiiiittle too fast (of a few BPM, but still). The original song is not slow either, but playing it that "fast" kinda kills the mood in my opinion (well, mine is maybe a little too slow, so, yeah, whatever, play it the want you like it the most :P).
The second thing is about the melody. You nailed it right, there's no problem about it, but around measures 18-20 (and 36-38), WHY DA KEY CHANGE ? :(
It doesn't sound bad, but once again, in my opinion, if you decide to get a higher or lower key in the middle of an arrangement, you should just stick with it, at least for a while, until the next part or movement of the song begins.
It would have sounded better that way, I think :

I was having a difficult time playing it comfortably any other way than the way I had it listed. When I get my guitar back next week i'll give your version a shot and might revise the original.

Well, french dude here. We loooooove bitching all day long on pretty much everything. <3
About my own arrangement of this song, there are 2 versions of it on the same page. They're basically the same, but one is on Drop D and the other one on stantard tuning. Be careful not to mix the two while frenetically scrolling down. (Lulz)
