It's playable, but not practical lol. Sorry I can't figure out a nicer way to do it.

For this measure I keep my second finger on the bold note throughout the whole measure without lifting it and I use my first and fourth fingers to shift from the 1-5 and 2-5 stretches. They're somewhat big gaps, but they are manageable.

For this one I pretty much do the same thing, but instead I keep my first finger on the bold note and it's only the fourth finger that needs to shift.

Use the program Chelsea offered, but I would recommend using Guitar Pro software. TuxGuitar is a good free program for both Power Tab (.PTB) and Guitar Pro (.GP3, .GP4, .GP5,.GPX) tabs.
