Great, but can't you just use a lower 8 instead of a 3 during those parts where it's just 8 and 3 over and over again?

Ahhhh...

You know, this one isn't that tough, but I love it. It was one of the first ones I learned, and it helped me tremendously with moving up and down the neck. I still play this one pretty often. =). I've been looking for a way to make the opening notes more full. Any suggestions?

Well, I think these are the

Well, I think these are the chords in the opening:

e |----------------------------------------
B |-4-6-3-------4-6-3-------4-6-3----------
G |-5---4-------5---4-------5-7-4----------
D |-------------------------4---3----------
A |----------------------------------------
E |-4---3-------4---3-------4---3----------

But assuming you're playing with a pick, you can get almost the same effect with these voicings:

e |----------------------------------------
B |-4-6-3-------4-6-3-------4-6-3----------
G |-5---4-------5---4-------5-7-4----------
D |-6---5-------6---5-------4---5----------
A |----------------------------------------
E |----------------------------------------

(Just remember to bar the 4 in the xx454x so you have the fingers free for the 7 and 6!)
