Well, I mean...if it's the notes then it's GOING to be the same notes. This is a pretty simple melody so it's not surprising if they look alike. That being said I suppose it could be stolen, but it's not definite like when DuoDn stole my Sight of Spira tabs.

When I make a tab, I open Notepad, play the song from my iPod or YouTube, and fiddle around with my guitar until I can get the notes down correctly. Like Justin said, the melody is pretty simple, so it didn't take too long to tab and check for accuracy.
