This song is originally for cello, bass, two guitars, harp, and
strings (viola and violin maybe?).  I transcribed it like this:

    1st Guitar:     Guitar arpeggios, Harp
    2rd Guitar:     Flute
    3rd Guitar:     Viola, Violin
    4th Guitar:     Tremolo guitar
    Bass:           Bass, Cello

This is supposed to be a note-for-note transcription, apart from
changing which instrument plays what.
 
The song is divided into two halves.  The third measure of each
half is 3/4 time rather than 4/4 time, so be careful.  There is
also one quarter note pickup at the beginning.

Also, I think the C#m arpeggio might sound better as x42120, so
all the notes can ring out, but my hand doesn't seem to be capable
of playing that chord.  If yours is, substitute if you'd like :D
