tab contains everything else (except percussion), which is basically
the wind instruments, and tinkly bells.
First, here are the wind parts. The top staff is the melody, and the
bottom staff is the harmony.

Tinkly Bells
This part plays in the very beginning. There's three bell thingies,
one on the left speaker, one on the right, and one in the middle.
It's very fast, but the request asked for this, so I transcribed it.
