All music from Super Mario Bros. 3,
as well as other Super Mario titles,
belongs to Koji Kondo.
Standard Tuning: EADGBE
This is the closest match I've found to the end music,
and while I don't mark it as %100 correct, the style
captures the "edgy" sound of the original.
I think it's a 4 beat measure, but if you've played
SMB3 before you probably understand the timing
instinctively.

Hard to explain the pacing with the 2nd guitar part, but
for sure it happens after the first guitar's part plays
through 2 times. Just sitting down with the video on
Youtube will help you find the right timing.
