It's not just you. I always download videos from Youtube to put on my PS3 Media Server, specifically so I can watch without lag, and this video does skip in a few spots.

Suspected as much, and also dang it Mecha you reminded me I have a very expensive server sitting in my basement I need to turn into a Plex server. lol
