I got the video to load. At the right end of the address bar there is an icon saying "This page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources" and an option to Load Unsafe Scripts.

I went ahead and let it load them and the video shows up like normal, just the url in the address bar has a red slash through the https.

Also your View the Tab link is missing the ":" so it doesn't connect to the tab page
