This reminds me of an old Storm Eagle recording that I did without drums (not the one with Auriplane). Anyway, you did a pretty good job, but you left out the fast finger tappy part.
The only program I have that can make drums is Tuxguitar and it frustrates me too much to use it, and besides I don't even know anything about making a good drumtrack. What was wrong with the stereo panning? I was messing around with that for awhile to get it the way I wanted it and I thought it turned out well enough. But, as usual, I probably should have spent more time on it, I guess.
One of the more badass
One of the more badass megaman song.
The song sounds a little scattered and uncoordinated, maybe because you have no drums.
The flanger was a bit loud and stuck out quite a bit.
About your rhythm, it doesn't sound like you are palm muting. Palm muting does wonders.
Nice cover though.
Yea, the use of stereo
Yea, the use of stereo panning was kind of random. And why didn't you use drums?

It was good but drums would have made it awesome! I use tuxguitar to make all my drum tracks :)
If you don't want to do
If you don't want to do drums, you could always try recording over the original song. That way it ends up sounding fuller.
