That beeping is just a bit annoying, a good cover none the less. Honestly I don't really remember this song from the series, might have gotten replaced with something else in the dub I watched growing up.

It's from the first movie, that's the catch: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sailor_Moon_R:_The_Movie. We, Russians, were luckier, the only censorship in the ceries was the abscence of vocals in the opening of the first season (they played a karaoke version:). Other songs remained intact.
