This sounds way more fleshed
This sounds way more fleshed out than some of your earlier recordings. A lot of times when people have multiple guitar tracks things get out of sync and its really annoying.

Excellent job, all the parts
Excellent job, all the parts together sounded very full, it filled out the spectrum very well.
Only thing I can really point out as a crit would be the lack of upstrokes in the power chord-y part, seemed a bit downstroke dominant but hey, really good job on the whole.

Dont take my post the wrong way, I was really hammered when I wrote it anyway.
I think alternate picking can alter the sound of the powerchords and sometimes doesn't fit the song as well.... eg: Chrono Triggers Frog theme.
I checked some of your stuff by the way, I'm impressed.

Well, I assume you'll use upstrokes on power chords if it's like, SSE E SSE E? DUD D DUD D. Rather than strictly alternating, use downstrokes to emphasize the beats like that, and upstrokes on offbeats.
EDIT: Learn "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden, maybe.
