It's been over 10 years since I've first played this game and Lisa's death is still the saddest scene I've ever seen on a screen.
Haven't really done any tapping for quite a few years now, but this song is simply made for this technique. I hope I'll manage to make you remember Lisa with this...

It sounds a little iffy to me but overall I really like this arrangement.

Well, I haven't played 2 hand tapping since I've played Satriani's "Day at the beach" in high school. And my gear is pretty shitty as well. :) As for the arrangement itself, I think it's pretty accurate. I've uploaded a GP file, it may actually sound better than my recording.. :P

The playing's great, but the effect you have on seems to let this recording down. You may want to redo this with a better setting - I've never heard two handed tapping on the electric work with anything but a clean setting on it's own. Really nice arrangement by the sounds of things.

Hehe, I've pretty much gave up on playing e-guitar years ago, so I never bought myself decent equipment. Without the effect half of the notes wouldn't be audible. :P I think I might borrow my friends 70's vintage Ibanez and try it again like you said.. :)

I always wanted to play like that...I got a compressor and tried my Strat clean with max compression and I couldn't hear any notes really -_-

I really liked the arrangement. One of my favorite songs from the series. ^_^

I like the overdrive on the guitar. I don't agree that this kind of two-handed tapping can only be done on a clean setting, though I think it would sound pretty on a clean setting.

If I wanted to quibble, I'd say the left hand sounded great to me, but the right hand didn't always sit right with me tonally. It was maybe a bit strident. But I still thought it was great.
