This is a cute little song from Uematsu's soundtrack for Final Fantasy III titled "Cute Little Tozas". I admit I haven't played the game all the way through so I'm not sure about the context here, but it's a fun little song to play.

This arrangement is from the Final Fantasy Guitar Solo Collection book which you can find at various online vendors.
