"Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi", or "Spirited Away", your choice.

Overall, it's nice, but it sounds like you recorded then made the audio louder, which overdrove it, so it sounds a little bit like a hissy flubby electric guitar amp. If you DIDN'T do that, then you overdrove the mic, which is also bad.

Either way, just turn it down a bit, and it'll sound a lot nicer :-) If you make stuff louder e.g. in Audacity, make sure you don't check the "allow clipping" box.

Anyway, it sounds like nice playing, and of course, it's a lovely song. Good job!

well maybe those were

well maybe those were considered, but send of chihiro was the final selection. just...because. ;)
千と千尋の神隠し should be acceptable, too.

and totally agree with turning up audio after the fact, it can be a very fickle business.

Well, "Send of Chihiro" is

Well, "Send of Chihiro" is certainly an interesting corruption, I'll give you that! o_O; How did you come up with that?

EDIT: Oh, I thought it was the poster replying to me. Yeah, you can spell the title in Japanese, too, but it's the same title whether you write it as 千と千尋の神隠し or Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi. On this site we mostly prefer the latter because most users can't read Japanese, though I don't particularly care which way you write it.

shoot. i missed getting here

shoot. i missed getting here before the edit! i totally would have answered.

i was just throwing the japanese into the ring. figured it has a place along with the romaji.

Haha, well, don't let me stop

Haha, well, don't let me stop you! xD

Thought the same. very

Thought the same. very enjoyable playing but your mic-settings diminish it a bit. Maybe it's enough to place the mic a bit further away, works most of the time.
