Beautiful, I love the last
Beautiful, I love the last part, I finally was able to play this song completely without slowing. I love it thanks!

I love this track. I've been searching everywhere for one that sounded just like the track. I found another that had a different intro but mixing it sounded good anyway. Not that I'm saying I hate this intro, just not comfortable with it. You're pretty good at tabbing. You should tab the Dead Sea track (Disc 2 track 15 of the soundtrack if you have it). ^_^
on the beginning it sounds
on the beginning it sounds like 'californication' :)

Put your index finger all along the first fret for all 6 strings, then finger the rest.

It's one of the basic techniques you'll have to learn to play guitar.
That really doesn't help me
That really doesn't help me at all. No matter how hard i smash my index on the first fret the B string never sounds right, it's right on the crease of my finger.

Turn your index finger sideways so more of the bone-y ish side of your finger is pressed against the strings.
Then put your middle finger on the 2nd fret on the G string, your ring finger on the 3rd fret on the A string and your pinky on the 3rd fret of the D string.
This is a very common chord shape and is important to learn no matter what kind of guitar you play so it's best to get it down.
Here is a picture of someone doing it for reference
What karathrow said is good,
What karathrow said is good, but just a side note: You can play chords like this anywhere on the neck, and the *hardest* spot physically is at the first fret. If you're having a hard time, you could try to learn it on higher frets first, like around the 7th maybe (799877), then come back to doing it on the first fret.
