Not quite, you've got the right first note but your other notes are a half step off. I haven't gone through the rest, I'm just going by the first measure, I don't have time right this second but here are the first two measures. Maybe you can use it as a base to look through the rest. The fingering is if you were going to play the harmony as well but you can use just the top line if you are doing the melody, the pitches themselves should be there

But I had trouble following along with this tab, Maybe it was just me. I think you should try using chords/fingerstyle instead of just single notes.
