for reference, the chords are
Em - D - C - D for the main part,
then C - D- Em - B - C - D - B7 (I think)
then it's Am, B, C, B something

Those chords sound right. I'm not very good with chords so there is no transcription for the background guitar.

Slight error

In measure 16, the second note is a 10, but it should be an 11 because of the accidental sharp there. Not to be picky or anything
Edit: also sounds slightly off in measures 44 and 45, but it is not too bad
