They upgrade RSE to RSE2 so the instruments sound better. And they have some new features like multiple tabs.

I'm just happy about the fact that you can tab 8 strings now, it was always a pain trying to tab out two tracks for one guitar.

But I'm poor atm and can't get it.

My 2 cents,
They added some features like, now you can browser multiple tabs in a gp window like if it were an internet browser, the inteface it's now more "professional" and by professional I mean just more complex without a reason. A lot of stuff is crammed there so the sheet is less visible, basically just a more complex skin with the new buttons addded.
RSE2 is still lolRSE. Same with GP5, I ended up uninstalling the soundbanks and working with just the normal midi thing.
At least the error which happens when you work on a tab for a long time straight is gone.
If you bought GP5, then you're not missing much. If you don't have any music program and just care for tabs, it might be good for you. If you have some music knowledge, you might want to invest in a more advanced program.

Oh btw, if you're talking about that french error it happens when you use the RSE too much. Every time you click play with the RSE on it increases the amount of ram GP5 uses. So if you keep starting and stopping it eventually gets to a certain point where it gets that error. A way around it is to just use midi when you're working on it and then do a couple listens as you tweak it with RSE.

i got the french error all the time even before i installed rse, which i never use anyway
though i was leaving it open for very unreasonable amounts of time, i never close anything

So like, i tabbed a song in gp6, someone else only has gp5.
