I imagine it's because 10 hours really isn't that long. One of my tabs waited for over a week before being posted, so I understand your feeling. The people who post tabs here do it voluntarily, on their own time. They don't always reply within 24 hours, as they have to play through the tab and check it with the original music (which, if you haven't linked to, they have to find). Not all tabs are posted, and certainly none are posted without being checked first. And they probably have other submissions to check too. You just have to wait it out. I'd suggest waiting at least two or three days before getting really concerned.

Protoman, No one hates you. But no one's being paid to go through the tab submissions and post them. People volunteer their time for it, so please be patient! :-) Most tabs are accepted and posted no problem, it just takes a little time. EDIT: Okay, I looked at both tabs. There was a small problem with one tab (correct notes, but it looks like you accidentally wrote them one string down in the last bar). The other tab, as LTRobson pointed out, appears to be from a different game. Do you want to upload that tab or a different one? I'm confused. Anyway, I replied to both threads. By the way, if you can please post a link to where the song can be heard with your submissions, it will help us get through them faster. (But not much faster, sorry! :-)
