Is it any part in particular you are having problems with?
I have only looked it over briefly but the tab seems pretty playable to me. You'll have to be a little bit more precise.

Either way, I doubt your hand is too small.

All of it to be precise xDD I find myself barring for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th part to reach that 2-2-2 strumming after hitting 2 strings together

First bar, barre the second fret with your first finger.
Second bar, barre strings 1-5 on the second fret with your first finger. Second finger on the third fret, third finger on the fourth fret.
Third bar, hold the barre with your first finger. Third finger goes on the fourth fret. Pinky goes on the fifth.
Fourth bar is the same fingering as the second bar.

This pattern repeats for most of the tune.

First bar, barre the second frets with the first finger. Second finger on the third fret.
Second bar, barre the second with the first finger. There are couple ways to do the other frets - what I do is third finger on the first fourth fret, fourth finger on the second fourth fret. Then pinky on the fifth fret, third finger on the fourth fret.
Third bar, second finger on the third fret, pinky on the fifth. First finger on the second fret. Hold the position.
Fourth bar, barre the second fret with the first finger, second finger on the third fret, pinky on the fifth. Slide the same position up to the fourth fret.

First bar, you can hold them separately, but what I'd do is barre all five frets with the third finger because I'm lazy.
Second bar, third finger on the third fret.
Third bar, the fingering should come naturally.
Fourth bar, first finger on the second fret. If you have flexible hands, use the third and fourth fingers to hold the fifth fret notes. Again, personally what I'd do is barre the two fifth frets with my pinky.
