What's with those vertical bars in each line? I hope they aren't supposed to be measure bars. ;p
I suggest you leave those out since you didn't place any duration markers and the player has to figure out the rhythm all by himself anyway.
Or maybe you feel like adding duration markers and measure bars in the right places. Now that would be awesome.

well, I put them their 'cause i felt the tab looked cleaner with 'em, but I'll take 'em away if that's what's needed.

Does it look okay other than that?

As you wrote in the txt-file: It's not overly accurate and personally I prefer the extended layout with rhythm markers etc., but I guess it's alright (I'm quite possibly a little too picky on such details .__.). I'll submit it and if you want to change anything later, just tell me!
