Which fingering is preferable?

Here's a very short three second clip of a song I'm working on

tab
It's tricky, and I'm not sure of the best way to tab it out.
Which one of these is easiest to play? First or second?

Or maybe you have a different change in mind? Just looking for some feedback.

Me likes the first. My guitar is one of those cheap Fender Squier's without an opening from fret 15 and up.

I'm not the best guitarist in the world, but I get a little confused with the second, and the first is easy

What about the second, with the last 3 notes moved down a string?

So thats three votes for the first, and three votes for the second....damn it.
As for moving the last 3 notes down a string, I thought about doing that but I didn't find it to be any easier and I'd like to keep the tone higher.

I would go with the second version except move the fourth to last note up a string
