Almost there, the first two measures the notes should be moved down a fret. The third and fourth measure, keep the same notes, except the 3 should be a 2, and move them up one string higher. Also double check the second half of the second measure.

basically the mellody can be played anywher on the fret board and any string exception of E i will check rest later
