Oh yeah I'm sorry, it's a second name for Mega Man Battle Network.
The theme is for the first game of the series on the GBA.

This tab (and song) rocks out loud. Thanks for submitting it. I'm going to use a MIDI I found on vgmusic.com if you don't mind, instead of the MP3 you posted. I always prefer to use a MIDI because it takes up less space on my server and it's not illegal
