SNES game Darius Twin, Developed by Taito in 1991.
The song is Area E/Narukini

I tabbed it myself in a couple of minutes. It sounds pretty good except for maybe one note but it might be ok.

I can't get a MIDI or MP3 atm but I hope to get one soon.

Not bad, the tab seems accurate enough, but it's presented very well. Thanks for the submission though.
