Hey does anyone know any game songs or actual riffs and shit that sounds mega bad ass but are easy to learn/practice.

The intro to Sweet Child of Mine (Guns n Roses) is actually really easy and sounds really good imo.

That's probably the easiest version I've seen.
Several songs on this site are pretty simple too. Just gotta dig around.

Ain't Talkin Bout Love by Van Halen. I'm not even a huge Van Halen fan, this song is pure excellence.

Even if the tab looks sort of complicated, it is super easy. Once you get it right, it sounds fuckin sweet on any tuned guitar.

Well, these songs aren't exactly "badass" but they sound really "pro"...haha.
If you can get these songs down, people will respect you. They're also easy, and good for people who only own an acoustic guitar.

For game songs the Tantegel Castle from Dragon Warrior I is pretty simple and sounds really complex. Even the kooprice is a lot easier than it sounds. It just has that middle section.

Try the Trigun theme song, it's fast pace but easy to play. Good song to show off! You can decide yourselves if the song is bad ass or not.

Voice of the Soul is an extremely badass song. I remember first hearing that song a few years ago and loving it.

I would play any of my old tabs if you're looking for easy stuff. I tabbed out hundred of simple melodies from a lot of popular games. You'll probably find some stuff you like. Frog's Theme from Chrono Cross for example.

LOL Yeah, Death is one of my all time favorite bands.

But voice of the soul is actually really easy. The acoustic part is mainly, hammering pull off/arpeggios/and chords, while the electric part is just simple melodies over a pitch shifter.

The only hard part would be the tapping (even though the tapping solo is really good exercise if you suck at tapping)
