Cool, remember if it's for electric it has to be a full arrangement not just a melodic transcription.

Sorry I don't really understand what you're asking...

I'm just saying if it's for electric guitar it needs to be more than just a melodic transcription. Make it something that a rock band could look at and play. So make sure you include at least the lead and harmony guitars, and try to add your own spin to it a little, rather than just copying it from the midi.

Ah, I finally found this song from FFIX! Its been a while since I played the game, but I think it would be ok for someone to do, since it plays in a snowy place. Anyway, the song plays in Esto Gaza , and I really like it...but I'm already doing twinklies, so someone else can do it if they want to. anyway, here's a link:

2 reasons

1.getting to busy around here because of the holidays and dont even have time to do alot of stuff for more than 5 minutes a day.

2.all the songs i thought of to do for the winter themes some parts are just to tough for me,i'm more of a rhythm guitarist rather than lead.

find the mp3's for the songs on atomic-fire.net for the first 2 and gh.ffshrine.org for the 3rd one...other ones are already songs i thought of are alredy tabbed on here.

1) I'm postponing the deadline. It's no longer due January 1st. I'm sure we could all use some extra time.

yeah i originally downloaded a video game pack off of one of my friends and most of them were messed up,especially the megaman,final fantasy,and even some of the mario ones.so i started fixing them to sound as close as i could possibly get them and one of the ones i did which is my submition for this is frost man's stage from megaman 8.
i think it sounds more wintery than chill penguin's stage.

Everybody working hard on their winter themes projects? Heh. I'm setting a hard deadline for this for February 29th. That should be plenty of time to get some good arrangements in.

Definitely! I've nearly finished esto gaza, I just want to work out a few issues and maybe change up the pattern to this one section...I actually haven't worked on it for a while, but the deadline really helps as a motivator. I'm also very excited to see what everybody else comes up with.
