In regards to how it is here; we have some beautiful scenery. My family used to live in Michigan and they swear people are WAY nicer down here. This area has some problems of its own though. o.0 I'd rather live in Austin or Dallas, but I'm alright where I'm at... for now. ^_^

I just saw the video of two people dancing to the Milonga. Felipe Zarzar and Mamie Sancy. Are they famous or something? I know a "milonga" piece for guitar. :p

Which brings up another subject...in this thread I kind of want to just ask everyone "What's it like to live where you live?" But that seems like a silly question because people would think "compared to what?"

Well actually almost the other side of the world (Antofagasta - Chile, South America)
Yes the were a couple (they dance together anymore), dancing a Milonga (a dance related to Argentine Tango). The art is learning to improvize all of what they do in the spot.

As for the last question, well the city where I live is called the "Mining Capital" of my country (being cooper mining the main income source of Chile). Because of that a lot of people from around the country and abroad come here because the salary is really good, and also there's really a lot of job of opportunities (in Mining).
So it's really not a develovep city in terms of culture and things to do (so god save the Internet for learning new arts).
But don't let the South America tag fool you we don't live in mud houses.
