Advice on new strings?

I usually use D'Addario strings for classic geetar, I find that the higher tension produces a more lovely sound but a bit harder to use vibrato/bending, and has a better sound on the trebles when played at the bottom of the neck.

The normal tensions are pretty good as well and I like to alternate between them. My strings are all dead now and I'm planning on trying out some new brand. Anyone have experience with other products?

I haven't really strayed from D'Addario, so I'm sorry to say that I can't really offer any advice. However, I do have a request: whatever you decide(d) on, would you please post your experience with that particular brand/type? It's always interesting to hear about how this kind compares to that kind.

Does that mean you do bendy vibrato instead of classical vibrato?

This guy is pretty boss awesome at explaining with video:

The one that auto-plays after that one is cool, too.

And then I realized that the chord progression from Chrono Cross's Another World is the same progression as the chorus from Peace of Mind by Boston, and life was never quite the same.

I use Savarez 500AJ with hard tensions. They are a marked improvement to my ears over the D'addario's I was using with normal tension. There's a site http://www.stringsbymail.com/ They have experminetal collections where they give a bunch of different brands to try each to you change your strings.

I tried out the Savarez brand as well. I think they are 550? Pink packaging. Hard tension. The trebles feel completely different and are scratchy. I don't know how I feel about it, will have to put on D'Addario normal tension and see what the difference is. I think my guitar likes lower tension strings in general this is something I've learned from trying out different stuff lately so I'll stick to that.
