Depending on the percussive sound needed, you just smack the body of the guitar when you're not playing a note. Just keep trying til you get it up to tempo and rhythmic.

I tried but i bleed on right side of my index finger of my right hand.I knew from there that this is not the right way to play it.Although it can produce the exact sound, I get bleeding instead.Plus,i think he is not smacking the guitar but hitting strings instead.Thats what i did. From what i tried, smacking the guitar doesnt produce the same percussive sound. |

Can someone please explain how do some people can strum and pluck together at the same time. And also others go a bit higher by strum and pluck and percussion all at the same bloody time. How the hell they do that?I come across many left hand techniques and learn nearly all of them but both these techniques baffled me the most.Tried everything i knew from flemenco, basic strumming, three finger plucking and also flemenco with tremelo effect(i invented this technique).Any info on how to play so will be appreciated.
